About the job
Develop and deliver customer-quality analytics solutions using Warranty, NPS, J.D. Power IQS/VDS/APEAL, and related quality data. Integrate and validate multi-source datasets, apply statistical and trend analysis to identify quality issues and customer pain points, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Build and automate dashboards, reports, and analytical workflows using SQL, Excel/VBA, Power BI, and Power Apps. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, ensure data and reporting quality, drive process improvements, coordinate analytics projects, and coach team members on analytical tools and best practices.
