Job Summary
This position directs and manages a Regional Services engineering group which is the primary service provider to the plants in a geographic region. Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with internal and external customers.
- Develop and maintain standard work practices that provide consistent services across regions.
- Establish and maintain skill sets within the group that meets the customer's needs.
- Manage the group to achieve established goals and targets.
What We're Looking For :
Education requirements are listed below:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
Work Experience requirement listed below:
- Ten years of progressive experience in plant operations, maintenance, and management required.
- Senior technical staff experience desired.
- Plant Manager experience desired.
Required License(s)/Certification(s) are listed below:
- P.E. license preferred.

Compensation Data Compensation Grade:
SP20-010 Compensation Range:
$136,539.00 - $177,503.00 The Physical Demand Level for this job is: S – Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
