Role Overview As a Nurse Superviosr you will provide clinical leadership and supervisory support to a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, including RNs, MAs, and LPNs. This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of quality, compassionate patient care while fostering a supportive and professional nursing practice environment. • Provide first-line management and clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team. • Coordinate and deliver quality patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. • Delegate, supervise, and document patient care and teaching for patients and families. • Collaborate with the Nurse Manager, healthcare team, and medical group leaders to maintain a quality practice setting. • Participate in planning and budget development for the clinic/department.
