The Role Are you passionate about bringing learning programs to life and creating meaningful development experiences for associates? As a Learning Implementation Lead, you'll be working with Fidelity Wealth’s Talent & Learning team leading the deployment of impactful learning and talent initiatives and driving seamless learner experiences through our learning technologies. Leveraging your project management, consulting, and communication skills, you'll be coordinating program execution, managing learning systems, and delivering insights that help shape the growth of our associates.
