What You'll Do
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and multipoint inspections
- Complete maintenance services according to manufacturer and dealership guidelines
- Inspect vehicles and communicate findings to service team members
- Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Support technicians and advisors in delivering a smooth service experience
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
- Contribute to efficient vehicle flow through the service department
What You'll Bring
- 1 year of Prior lube technician experience in a dealership setting
- Familiarity with routine vehicle maintenance and inspection processes
- Comfort working in a high-volume service department
- Comfortable working with customers and team members
- A team-oriented mindset to daily responsibilities
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Interest in growing a career in automotive service
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total Rewards The Hourly Pay for this position is $22.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
