Hiring: Service Technician
- Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 Flat Rate
- Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Lexus and Toyota vehicles
- Complete repairs according to manufacturer standards and dealership procedures
- Use factory diagnostic equipment and service information to identify vehicle concerns
- Conduct vehicle inspections and document recommendations
- Perform engine, transmission, electrical, drivability, suspension, and brake repairs as assigned
- Communicate repair recommendations through repair orders
- Maintain accurate documentation of completed work
- Support a safe, organized, and efficient work area
- Participate in ongoing manufacturer and dealership training programs
What You'll Bring
- 1+ years of Lexus or Toyota dealership technician experience
- Current Lexus or Toyota certifications
- Automotive Service Excellence certifications, or progress toward additional Automotive Service Excellence certifications
- Experience diagnosing and repairing automotive mechanical and electrical systems
- Familiarity with manufacturer service information and diagnostic equipment
- Commitment to producing quality work that meets manufacturer standards
- Interest in continued training and skill development
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total Rewards The Flat Rate Pay Range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
