DP World is currently seeking a Workforce Coordinator to join the team based at our Port Botany Terminal on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering a period of parental leave. In this role, you will play a key role in collating, evaluating, and delivering efficient workforce planning solutions. You will be responsible for managing daily rostering and leave planning, while working closely with Operations and HR teams to forecast workforce requirements and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This is a full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shift on rotation, and offers exposure to a fast-paced operational environment within a global organisation.
