Role Summary The IT Delivery Manager leads engineering teams responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions. The role combines people leadership, technical delivery, and strong Java full-stack expertise, with responsibility for technology execution, stakeholder alignment, engineering quality, and team development. The ideal candidate brings a strong software engineering background along with demonstrated experience managing and developing technical teams. Responsibilities

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management, Full-Stack development experience, or IT service delivery. Previous leadership experience required. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications preferred. • Minimum 3 years of people management experience, with demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop technology professionals. • Strong technical background in Java full-stack development, including Java, Spring Boot, JPA, RESTful APIs, GraphQL and microservices; exposure to Python is beneficial. • Front-end development knowledge across HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Node.js, web components, and AEM. • Experience working with databases such as Oracle, SQL, DB2, and PostgreSQL. • Strong cloud and infrastructure knowledge, particularly AWS, with exposure to Google Cloud, Nginx, and Akamai beneficial. • Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, IT project/service delivery, risk management, IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance practices. • Excellent people leadership, stakeholder management, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
