Job Description Skillbridge Academy is looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Warehouse Worker to support daily warehouse operations, inventory organization, and efficient material handling. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, preparing, and moving products and materials while maintaining an orderly, safe, and productive working environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational abilities, and a willingness to contribute to a team-oriented workplace. This position provides an opportunity to develop practical skills in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and workplace safety while supporting essential business activities. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and warehouse materials.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries while following established safety procedures.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders accurately for shipment or distribution.
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure products are properly arranged and accessible.
- Support inventory tracking, stock counting, and routine inventory control activities.
- Verify shipment details and report discrepancies, damaged items, or missing products.
- Move, arrange, and transport merchandise using approved warehouse equipment and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout warehouse facilities and workstations.
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and established operational procedures.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity and operational goals.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records related to inventory movement and warehouse activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and general warehouse organization.
Qualifications
