What You’ll Do
- Accurately diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems and components.
- Conduct multi-point inspections and ensure vehicle performance meets safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with service advisors to explain technical issues, recommend solutions, and estimate costs.
- Communicate with customers as needed to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
- Complete all repairs and services according to manufacturer specifications, including warranty work.
- Stay up to date on the latest Toyota technology, diagnostic tools, and repair procedures.

What We’re Looking For
- Volkswagen Master Technician Certification (or equivalent manufacturer master-level certification preferred).
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to delivering quality work and superior customer service.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
