What You'll Do
- Travel to customer and on-site locations to perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and warranty recall services.
- Perform work as outlined on repair orders
- Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform authorized repairs on-site
- Occasionally service multiple vehicles in one location and coordinate with external dealers/facilities to streamline repairs.
- Complete all work according to applicable safety requirements
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work
- Accurately record time spent on repairs using company time clocking procedures
- Document work performed and test procedures/results using mobile service software
- Maintain a clean and organized mobile service vehicle and inventory of tools
What You'll Bring
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and basic sales aptitude preferred.
- 2+ years of automotive experience.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
