About the job
Location: Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Dietitian. In this role, develop and manage nutritional care programs to enhance the quality of life for Erickson Community residents. Ensure compliance with all regulations and support dining operations in Continuing Care.

- Compensation: Between $40.00 - $45.00 per hour. Commensurate with experience.
Part Time Schedule: Three days per week.
How you will make an impact
- Ensure the resident nutritional needs are met and documented to fulfill the requirements of all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Plan and monitor Continuing Care Residents' nutritional programs.
- Assist in the supervision of the overall efficiency of the dining room, room service operations, and staff.
- Assist in the supervision, evaluation, training, and disciplining of the dining staff.
- Provide nutritional in-service education to both staff and residents.
- Manage and train team members.
What you will need
- Must have Current License with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Experience in health care food service management and clinical nutrition preferred.
- Knowledge of and ability to utilize clinical and administrative dietetics including issues in persons with terminal illness.
- Computer practical understanding (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and ability to learn more programs.
- Flexible with schedule.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Experience and passion working with the geriatric population.
