Tasks
- You will work directly with the founder and leadership team on strategic, operational, and company-building priorities.
- You will turn ambiguous questions into structured analysis, clear decisions, and cross-functional projects that move the business forward.
- You will build effective operating processes, coordinate key stakeholders, and take ownership of critical initiatives from start to finish.
- You can meet the location and working-arrangement expectations for this role.
- You have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
