Job Description We are seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Manager to lead our Emerging NAT (New Account Territory) division based in Chennai, India. In this pivotal role, you will drive business growth, establish market presence, and build high-performing teams in emerging territories. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business strategies that position our organization for sustainable expansion while maintaining operational excellence and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans for emerging territories, identifying market opportunities and establishing competitive positioning
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth
- Drive revenue growth and profitability targets through effective sales strategies, account management, and customer relationship development
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making and identify emerging trends
- Manage P&L responsibilities, including budget planning, resource allocation, and financial performance monitoring
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams across the organization
- Establish operational processes and systems that ensure scalability and efficiency as the territory expands
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize business outcomes and inform strategic adjustments
- Represent the organization in regional business forums and industry events to enhance brand visibility and market presence
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to align territorial strategies with organizational objectives and long-term vision
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of senior management experience, with proven success in business development and market expansion
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and scaling teams in emerging or high-growth markets
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets and P&L management
- Strategic thinking and visionary leadership capabilities with the ability to translate strategy into executable plans
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with proficiency in data-driven business analysis
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across diverse organizational levels
- Experience in market analysis, competitive positioning, and emerging market dynamics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams
- Project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM systems and business management tools
- Experience with budget management and financial forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and drive organizational change
- Knowledge of the Indian market and regional business landscape is preferred
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and matrix management environments is preferred
