Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Delaware Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM About the Role We are looking for an LCSW licensed in Delaware to provide therapy to clients through telehealth. You’ll work with people who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, or difficult changes in their lives. Along with therapy, you’ll also consider the personal and social factors that may be affecting each client. At times, that may include helping someone connect with other services or coordinating with another provider involved in their care. Responsibilities
• Provide individual therapy through secure video sessions
- Provide individual therapy through secure video sessions
- Learn about each client’s concerns, background, and current circumstances
- Offer psychotherapy within your scope of practice
- Keep clinical notes and required records clear and up to date
- Recognize when outside services or additional support may be helpful
- Coordinate with other professionals when a client is receiving care elsewhere
- Respond appropriately when safety concerns come up
- Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Follow Delaware LCSW licensing and ethical requirements
• Active Delaware LCSW license required
- Active Delaware LCSW license required
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Previous clinical therapy experience preferred
- Comfortable providing services through telehealth
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote clinical role
