Growth and Marketing Manager

About the company Our client is a fast-growing AI software company. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the growth and marketing function for a small, fast-moving team, shaping messaging, events, community activity, partnerships and campaigns from the ground up. The position suits someone who can turn technical capabilities into clear, compelling communication and who is comfortable working without a set playbook. What you'll do - Plan and run in-person events that bring together relevant audiences and strengthen relationships. - Build community programs that keep people engaged around the company and applied AI. - Develop and carry out partnerships that widen reach and create value for both sides. - Design and run product marketing campaigns that explain capabilities, use cases and customer value. - Align messaging and execution across channels, internal teams and external partners. - Collect feedback from customers and the market and pass it to product and go-to-market teams. - Collaborate daily with senior leaders on operations and growth priorities. Requirements What we're looking for - Two to six years in a growth, marketing, events, community, partnerships or closely related role. - Background in early-stage companies or other quick-paced settings. - Talent for crafting narratives that render complex technology understandable and persuasive. - Experience creating and running product marketing campaigns. - Ability to coordinate messaging and execution across several channels and stakeholders. - Comfort learning about and explaining AI products and use cases. - High autonomy and initiative in a startup setting. - Genuine curiosity and a clear area of strength. Bonus points - Prior success standing up a marketing or growth program from scratch at a scaling company. - Hands-on work running member groups, alliance deals or live gatherings. - Experience marketing AI or other technical products. - A distinctive area of deep expertise in growth, marketing or an adjacent field.
