  • Prepare treatment rooms before each procedure and break them down afterward, maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure infection control standards are met by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment to guarantee patient safety.
  • Manage patient flow by facilitating smooth handoffs and assisting in patient transitions throughout their visit.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, helping them develop habits that promote long-term oral health.
  • Chart existing and recommended treatments, and assist with patient documentation to support doctors in their treatment planning and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with the entire practice team to deliver exceptional patient experiences, even when working in an office for just a day.
  • Communicate your availability and confirm shifts in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the office.

What do you need to have to be a part of our team?

  • Active Registered Dental Assistant License.
