Mazda of Wesley Chapel Automotive Sales Manager
Mazda of Wesley Chapel is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager who knows how to lead a team, drive performance, and create a strong customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can set the pace on the sales floor, coach and develop their team, and take ownership of daily results. We’re looking for a leader who is competitive, accountable, customer-focused, and committed to helping their people succeed.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day activity and performance of the sales team
- Drive sales goals while maintaining a strong customer experience
- Coach, train, and develop sales professionals
- Work closely with the sales team to improve customer engagement and follow-up
- Support deal structure and overall sales-floor execution
- Monitor performance and hold the team accountable to expectations
- Step in to address and resolve customer concerns when needed
- Help create a positive, competitive, and performance-driven sales culture
What You’ll Bring
- Previous automotive sales management experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team
- Strong understanding of dealership sales operations and performance metrics
- Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and CSI
- Strong communication, organization, and customer engagement skills
- Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
