About the job
Find suitable government tenders on the GeM portal and prepare complete, on-time bids for MEPF and solar work. Responsibilities:
• Track relevant bids on GeM and other government tender portals.
- Track relevant bids on GeM and other government tender portals.
- Read bid documents and summarise eligibility, scope, dates and required documents.
- Prepare and upload technical and commercial bid documents before the deadline.
- Coordinate with estimation, accounts and management for prices, certificates and approvals.
- Track clarifications, bid status and outcomes, and keep bid records up to date.
• 1–4 years of hands-on bidding on the GeM portal.
- 1–4 years of hands-on bidding on the GeM portal.
- Careful with documents, details and deadlines.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Experience with electrical, fire, HVAC, solar or other EPC tenders.
