About the job
Lead multi-trade MEPF and solar projects from mobilisation to testing, commissioning and handover, and answer for programme, cost, quality and safety. Responsibilities:
• Own the project programme, budget, quality and safety from mobilisation to handover.
- Own the project programme, budget, quality and safety from mobilisation to handover.
- Lead site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors across trades.
- Act as the main contact for the client, consultant and PMC.
- Coordinate design, procurement, planning and billing with the office teams.
- Drive statutory inspections and approvals, testing and commissioning.
- Review progress and billing, and report risks early to management.
• 8+ years in MEPF or solar EPC execution, including running projects as the responsible manager.

- Experience with industrial or commercial projects.
- Strong client, consultant and subcontractor handling.
- Willing to be posted to project sites across India.
