Own hiring across SEPL's site, office and sales teams, from job openings and sourcing to interviews, offers and joining. Responsibilities:
• Plan hiring with department heads and keep the list of open positions current.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and colleges.
- Review every application, shortlist and coordinate interviews.
- Keep candidates informed and manage offers and joining.
- Maintain the applications register and report hiring progress.
• 5+ years in recruitment, with experience hiring engineers or technical staff.

- Hands-on use of job portals and LinkedIn for sourcing.
- Clear communication and disciplined follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Hiring experience in construction, MEP, EPC or solar.
