Intermediate Accountant

We are looking for an Intermediate Accountant to support the day-to-day accounting activities of the Financial Services team in Hawaii. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-focused and enjoys maintaining accurate financial records, contributing to month-end close activities, and strengthening accounting processes. To learn more or apply, call Melissa at 808.452.0254.Responsibilities:• Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate and timely financial records.• Perform account and bank reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies promptly.• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities to ensure deadlines are met.• Review general ledger activity and analyze financial data to support reporting accuracy.• Partner with internal teams to improve accounting workflows and maintain effective financial controls.• Support accounts payable-related processes by verifying transactions and helping ensure proper documentation.• Contribute to the upkeep of accounting records, schedules, and supporting files for audits and internal review.
