Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a manufacturing operation in Plano, Texas through a Contract assignment. This position focuses on delivering responsive service by managing replacement part and equipment orders, keeping customers informed, and helping resolve service-related concerns. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable handling a high volume of inquiries, and able to coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-through. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced customer support environment where accuracy and communication are essential.Responsibilities:• Manage incoming requests for replacement parts and equipment by entering orders accurately and confirming key details before processing.• Review stock levels and communicate product availability to customers so expectations are set clearly and early.• Arrange shipment timing with customers and provide proactive updates on order progress, delivery schedules, and service status.• Respond to questions related to warranties, repair timelines, billing matters, and parts access through inbound and outbound customer interactions.• Direct technical concerns to engineering or field service specialists when issues require advanced troubleshooting or onsite support.• Open, update, and monitor customer service cases to ensure requests are documented properly and addressed within applicable service commitments.• Maintain accurate customer records, update company systems, and prepare reports that reflect service activity, warranty items, and case outcomes.• Support return processing and warranty claim tracking while ensuring all related documentation is complete and current.
