This individual will play a key role in maintaining secure, scalable, and reliable technology operations while supporting ongoing modernization and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong systems administration experience with a proactive approach to process improvement, platform management, and end-user support.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support enterprise productivity, collaboration, and cloud platformsManage identity, access, authentication, and user lifecycle processesSupport endpoint management, device administration, and security initiativesMaintain backup, recovery, and business continuity processesAssist with integration and administration of enterprise applications and SaaS platformsDevelop and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiencyMonitor platform health, system performance, and operational reliabilityTroubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application issuesMaintain technical documentation, standards, and operational proceduresPartner with internal stakeholders to support technology initiatives and business operations
