Employee Engagement Coordinator - Temp to Hire

The person in this role will help keep daily culture and community activities running smoothly while providing responsive, attentive service across recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement efforts.Responsibilities:• Create a welcoming and positive experience at the front desk by assisting guests, applicants, and employees with courtesy.• Answer main phone lines, respond to routine inquiries, and oversee incoming mail, packages, and office deliveries in an organized manner.• Monitor office entry practices and workplace safety expectations, escalating concerns through the appropriate channels when needed.• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance for culture, community, and human resources activities while handling standard questions and routing sensitive matters to leadership.• Coordinate recruitment support tasks such as scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and tracking pre-employment steps including screenings and background checks.• Assist with onboarding by helping prepare orientation materials, collecting employment documentation, and supporting a smooth start for incoming employees.• Maintain accurate and confidential records related to assigned employee engagement and HR support functions.• Contribute to employee recognition programs, internal messaging, and engagement initiatives that strengthen workplace culture.
