We are looking for a Dispatcher to support daily service coordination. This contract position focuses on managing incoming requests, organizing response activities, and delivering dependable customer support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling high call volumes, using dispatch technology, and keeping communication clear between customers, drivers, and internal teams.Responsibilities:• Coordinate daily dispatch operations by receiving service requests, assigning work, and tracking progress to ensure timely completion.• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and provide accurate updates, clear instructions, and reliable support throughout each interaction.• Use computer-aided dispatch systems to enter call details, monitor schedules, and maintain current service information.• Communicate with field personnel and internal staff to adjust routes, resolve service issues, and keep operations running smoothly.• Monitor multiple priorities at once while documenting call activity, status changes, and important service notes.• Support logistics planning by helping organize schedules, balancing workloads, and addressing unexpected changes in real time.
