Overview of Responsibilities:Support all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment through trial and resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and written discoveryManage discovery processes, including taking and defending depositionsAppear in court for hearings and related proceedingsAssist with case strategy, trial preparation, and executionCommunicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the courtCollaborate closely with partners on case development and overall litigation strategy
