Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to support customers through a Contract position based in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will work fully in office, handle a high volume of customer interactions, provide timely assistance, and help ensure a positive service experience across phone-based communications. This opportunity is well suited for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, and can manage both inbound and outbound customer contact in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:• Work inside our Jacksonville, Florida offices located on the southside• Respond to incoming customer calls professionally and provide accurate information, guidance, and issue resolution.• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer questions, confirm details, or provide updates related to service requests.• Enter customer orders and service information into internal systems with close attention to accuracy and completeness.• Assist Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers by delivering clear, courteous, and effective support in both languages.• Document customer interactions thoroughly so records remain up to date and useful for ongoing service needs.• Address routine service concerns efficiently while escalating more complex situations to the appropriate team when necessary.• Maintain consistent call quality and productivity while meeting service expectations in a call center setting.
