Your Role:

Aptiv’s Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a rotational program aimed at developing Aptiv’s finance leaders of tomorrow. Participants in the program will rotate through 3 assignments, each lasting 12 months.

Each assignment is designed to provide experience in a different area of Finance, with rotations occurring within the participant's location or within the domestic region. The FLDP offers participants a diverse range of experiences across key Finance functions, including, but not limited to: · Financial Planning & Analysis · Site / Plant Finance · Internal Audit · Treasury · Accounting · Investor Relations · Analytics · Commercial Finance & more

The FLDP is Fast Track Program at Aptiv, proudly sponsored by Senior Finance Executives, designed to cultivate the next generation of exceptional leaders. This program offers an unparalleled Learning & Development experience, including structured mentorship for the duration of the program.

Your Background: · Graduates and final year students majoring in Finance, Accounting or Economics. · Practical experience, such as an internship, in a relevant field. · Strong analytical and problem solving skills · Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines. · Strong communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills. · Flexible, adaptable and geographically mobile. · Leadership capability – campus or other organization leadership experience. · Interest in becoming a leader.
