Overview
Bring your hardware support expertise and commitment to exceptional customer service to our Warehouse located at our Redlands headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Track and update computer assets as they are reassigned to employees
- Manage equipment and inventory associated with employee separations
- Conduct weekly cycle counts of computer and electronic hardware in the warehouse
- Analyze data and prepare reports for management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting and IT
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented approach to work
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times per day
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications
- Current forklift certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and management
- High school diploma or GED

Recommended Qualifications
- Current or previous California OSHA forklift certification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Experience with SAP

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $19.95 — $28.35 USD
