Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Early Careers Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will support hiring across recurring entry-level roles within our Wealth Management & Service and Operations business, with a particular focus on phone-based, operations, and entry-level sales positions across the United States.

You will play a key role in building and managing always-on talent pipelines, creating a consistent flow of candidates for roles with recurring hiring demand. You will engage and regularly screen candidates, understand their skills, interests and career goals, and help align them to the opportunities and career pathways most suited to their experience.

You will have direct impact on our ability to build sustainable early-career talent pipelines, while also supporting class-based hiring and broader Early Careers recruitment priorities as business needs evolve. You will build strong partnerships with hiring leaders and colleagues across Talent Acquisition, while developing expertise in early-career talent, candidate engagement and pipeline management.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage always-on talent pipeline strategy across recurring entry-level hiring needs, including phone-based, operations, and entry-level sales positions.
  • Engage and regularly screen candidates to understand their experience, skills, interests, career goals, location preferences, and alignment to available opportunities.
  • Connect candidates to the most appropriate opportunities by understanding the requirements of different roles and pathways and helping candidates navigate potential career options.
  • Maintain active and engaged talent pipelines, regularly reconnecting with candidates and ensuring talent pools remain current and aligned to anticipated hiring demand.
  • Deliver class-based hiring where needed, managing candidate pipelines against defined hiring volumes and start dates while providing a consistent candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition colleagues to understand hiring needs, candidate requirements, and upcoming demand across entry-level populations.
  • Use pipeline insights and recruiting data to understand candidate flow, identify gaps, and focus sourcing and engagement activity where additional talent is required.
  • Deliver at pace across recurring hiring needs, effectively prioritizing candidate activity and maintaining momentum across multiple roles and hiring classes.
  • Provide additional recruiting support across the broader Early Careers team as priorities and hiring demand evolve.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant recruiting experience, ideally supporting early careers, entry-level, high-volume, class-based, or recurring hiring.
  • Experience building, engaging, and managing candidate pipelines across ongoing hiring needs.
  • Experience screening candidates and assessing their alignment across multiple roles or career opportunities.
  • Strong candidate engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and maintain candidate interest throughout the recruiting process.
  • Experience supporting class hiring or multiple concurrent hiring needs preferred.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage candidate activity and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use recruiting data and pipeline insights to prioritize activity and identify gaps in candidate supply.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition partners.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide candidates with clear and concise information about roles, career pathways, and next steps.
  • Adaptable and team-oriented, with the ability to provide recruiting support across broader Early careers priorities as business needs change.
  • Experience with Workday Preferred
