Come help architect and operationalize the future of Ford’s Model e business unit. We are on a mission to not only define our global Electric Vehicle (EV) strategy but to build the engines that drive it.
We are building an elite Strategy & Transformation team to serve as the "connective tissue" between leadership's vision and execution. We frame the hardest strategic questions, build the analysis behind them, and work with business partners to turn decisions into action. We are seeking a high-impact leader who can navigate complex strategic puzzles, mobilize cross-functional teams, and drive the business forward through rigorous execution and measurable outcomes.
