This position works Monday – Friday, 2:30pm – 11:00pm with overtime. Schedule may change based off of business conditions.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to all safety requirements and wear appropriate (PPE) Personal Protection Equipment
- Support the picking/packing, loading/unloading and general warehousing duties
- Understand method of locating materials
- Read a packing list and follow defined shipping/receiving protocols
- Record turnbacks
- Process rework work orders/purchase orders
- Perform and reconcile cycle counts, relentless root cause analysis
- Recommend improvements consistently striving for efficient and effective methodologies and maintain departmental quality standards
- Execute JDE transactions relative to your area of responsibility
- Perform 5S
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience with continuous improvement methodologies
- 1+ year of experience in a high volume, high complexity, manufacturing environment
- The ability to stand for extended periods of time along with routine lifting of items that typically weigh up to 50 pounds. Must have the ability to bend, stoop, stand, and squat
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified PIV Driver
- Physically capable of working in a fast-paced, stop-and-go manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
- Alert, dependable, and safety-focused
- Previous experience in manufacturing material handling or similar industrial environments
- Knowledge of parts and materials required for production operations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to make quick decisions in support of a process-oriented operation

Pay Range The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - $30.00 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
