POSITION OVERVIEW
Maxinsights is seeking motivated, detail-oriented Data Operations Interns to support our Data Operations Manager and Operations team. This hands-on role involves data collection, equipment management, quality assurance, and general operational support to help projects run efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Collection: Perform hands-on video data collection using specialized equipment and project SOPs.
- Quality Assurance: Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements.
- Equipment Management: Assist with setup, testing, inventory, shipping, and troubleshooting.
- Operational Support: Support daily tasks, administrative activities, and special projects.
- Data Organization: Maintain files, spreadsheets, trackers, and project documentation.
- Project Coordination: Track deliverables, monitor progress, and communicate updates.
- Process Improvement: Identify issues and help improve operational workflows.
- Additional Responsibilities: Assist with other tasks as needed to support Operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in technical operations, data collection, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
- Able to learn new hardware, software, and technical equipment.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in AI, robotics, technology, or operations is a plus.
- Current students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
