About the job
As an Customer Support Associate (CSA) , you will be responsible for helping customers with their questions, concerns, and issues related to Amazon orders and services. You will interact with customers, understand their requirements, provide the right solution, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer calls, chats, or emails professionally.

- Assist customers with order status, delivery issues, cancellations and returns .
- Resolve concerns related to refunds, replacements and payments .
- Help customers with account-related queries.
- Understand the customer's problem and provide the most appropriate solution.
- Coordinate with internal teams when an issue requires further assistance.
- Follow Amazon's processes, policies and quality guidelines.
- Maintain accurate information while handling every customer interaction.
- Meet daily targets related to customer satisfaction, quality, productivity and response time .
- Handle difficult or unhappy customers calmly and professionally.
- Good spoken English and communication skills .
- Good listening and comprehension skills.
- Ability to understand a customer's problem quickly.
- Patience and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends.
