This organization's operating budget is approximately $20M and has increased employee headcount by fifty five percent in 2026. This nonprofit continues to expand services across Oregon and experiencing significant organizational growth.Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this position oversees a small accounting and billing team and serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and the Board. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this individual will prepare and present financial results and budget updates to executive leadership and the Board of Directors, while partnering with operational leaders to support organizational growth and informed decision-making.
