What you will have an opportunity to do: The Pullman Miami Airport Hotel is seeking a friendly, energetic, and guest-focused Coffee Attendant to operate our Starbucks coffee station. This team member will be responsible for preparing and serving Starbucks coffee beverages and other menu items while delivering exceptional customer service to our hotel guests.
The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for hospitality, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.
THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION: SATURDAY, SUNDAY, MONDAY FROM 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve Starbucks coffee beverages, teas, espresso drinks, and other specialty beverages according to brand standards.
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service at all times.
- Accurately process guest orders and handle cash, credit card, and room charge transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout the coffee station and seating areas.
- Restock supplies, beverages, pastries, snacks, and merchandise as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
- Ensure all food safety and health regulations are followed.
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including equipment setup and cleaning.
- Create a positive atmosphere that reflects the hospitality standards of the Pullman Miami Airport Hotel.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a coffee shop, café, restaurant, hotel, or food and beverage environment preferred.
- Must Speak English. Bilingual is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable handling cash and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system: Silverware
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Reliable, punctual, and available to work the required schedule.

- Candidates must be available to work all three scheduled days.
Compensation: $13 - $13
