*Responsibilities: Position Overview: Data Engineer What You Will Do:
- Lead the development of advanced machine learning (ML) and statistical models to solve complex healthcare problems.
- Establish and promote best practices in modeling, experimentation, and analytical rigor.
- Convert real-world healthcare challenges into scalable data science solutions.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to influence product and business strategy.
- Mentor and enhance the technical capabilities of the data science team.

- Conduct exploratory data analysis using visualizations to understand data patterns and structures.
- Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to validate assumptions.
- Develop, deploy, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models for business challenges.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data integration strategies into Snowflake/Data Lake platforms.
- Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning methods to derive actionable insights.
- Lead AI research projects focused on innovative data analysis techniques.
- Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building data analytics, data engineering, and machine learning solutions.
- Strong expertise with Azure Stack services and Snowflake.
- Proficient in SQL with deep knowledge of dimensional modeling.
- Experience creating interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with advanced statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
- Programming proficiency in R or Python preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience with AI Automation projects, including Generative AI or Agentic AI, is a plus. *Preferred skill sets Python, Machine learning , Deep learning Years of experience required 5+ years Location : Gurgaon Employment Type : Full Time, Permanent
