Robert Half is working with a client seeking an IT Project Manager.Manage the intake and flow of incoming IT projects, requests, and initiatives.Evaluate, categorize, and prioritize requests in collaboration with IT leadership.Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are clearly established.Track project progress and proactively identify delays, roadblocks, and potential risks.Hold team members and stakeholders accountable for completing their assigned responsibilities.Communicate project updates, timelines, and expectations to stakeholders across the business.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects move efficiently from initiation through completion.Help establish project management processes, documentation, and reporting standards.Work closely with IT and business leadership to align technology initiatives with organizational priorities.Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and overall project execution.
