This role will serve as a Change Management Consultant contributing to clients undergoing a Salesforce implementation. This role will help support comms, engagement, cataloging change impacts, and delivering training to end-users.
Required Skills
• Soft skills, proactivity, mgmt. consulting, software implementations, change management
- 3-5 years of experience
Desired Skills
• Salesforce/Ascend is a big plus
Additional Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients
- Experience supporting sales and business development
- Position requires flexibility to travel periodically based on business and client needs

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Salary Range $80,000 — $125,000 USD
