As a Associate - Supply Operations, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our marketplace supply chain, ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams. You will analyze data to identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and collaborate with crossโfunctional stakeholders to meet key performance indicators. Requirements ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐ โข Monitor and manage daily supply operations across multiple marketplaces. โข Analyze inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate restock schedules. โข Interface with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with delivery SLAs. โข Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to optimize shipping routes and reduce transit times. โข Track key metrics, generate weekly performance reports, and recommend corrective actions. โข Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. โข Conduct supplier performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. โข Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, agreements, and performance data. โข Support the development and maintenance of supply operation dashboards and tools. โข Participate in crossโfunctional projects to enhance marketplace scalability and customer experience.
