As a Hardware Design Engineer, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end design and development of cuttingโedge electronic systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate closely with crossโfunctional teams to translate product requirements into robust schematics, PCB layouts, and component selections, while applying best practices in mixedโsignal and antenna integration. Your role will involve rigorous EMC and CE testing to validate compliance and optimize designs for manufacturability, packaging, and power efficiency. You will continuously improve design workflows, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to technical documentation and design reviews, all while staying current with evolving regulatory and technological trends. Requirements ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐ โข Design analog and mixedโsignal circuits, ensuring optimal performance and noise immunity. โข Develop detailed PCB layouts, conduct design rule checks, and manage layer stackโups for highโfrequency signals. โข Integrate antennas and RF frontโends, performing impedance matching and radiation pattern optimization. โข Lead EMC testing and analysis, creating mitigation strategies for EMI/EMC compliance. โข Coordinate CE testing procedures, prepare necessary documentation, and liaise with certification bodies. โข Collaborate with manufacturing and supplyโchain teams to finalize BOMs and ensure design for manufacturability (DFM). โข Perform PCB fabrication and assembly reviews, including pickโandโplace and reflow soldering quality checks. โข Conduct prototype validation, debugging, and aโpriori risk assessments. โข Update design data and architecture diagrams in collaboration with firmware and software teams. โข Mentor junior designers and maintain a knowledge base of best practices and design guidelines.

- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of handsโon experience in hardware design and PCB development.
- Proficiency with EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Virtuoso, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of mixedโsignal and RF circuit design principles.
- Demonstrated experience with antenna integration and RF measurement techniques.
- Handsโon expertise in EMC/EMI testing, including lab setup and data analysis.
- Familiarity with CE certification processes and compliance documentation.
- Excellent problemโsolving skills and a systematic approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastโpaced engineering environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to nonโtechnical stakeholders.
