As a Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of talent acquisition within the telecom and sales sectors, ensuring that the organization consistently attracts and retains high-performing professionals. Your role will involve developing innovative sourcing strategies, managing full-cycle recruitment processes, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their specific business needs. You will act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and stakeholders, guiding them through every stage of the hiring journey while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and employer branding. Requirements ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐ โข Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of telecom and sales roles across Hyderabad. โข Partner with business leaders to define hiring needs, job specifications, and selection criteria. โข Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requisition approval to offer negotiation and onboarding. โข Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified passive candidates using social media, professional networks, and industry events. โข Conduct market research to stay updated on industry salary benchmarks, talent trends, and competitor hiring strategies. โข Coordinate interview panels, schedule interviews, and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers. โข Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with all legal and company policies. โข Present regular recruitment metrics and analytics to senior management to demonstrate progress and ROI. โข Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation in the telecom and sales job markets. โข Constantly improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience through continuous feedback and best practices.

- 1+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the telecom or sales domain.
- Strong knowledge of telecom industry terminology, product offerings, and talent requirements.
- Demonstrated success in hiring sales professionals who consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
- Excellent sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other talent acquisition platforms.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technology tools.
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret recruitment data and drive informed decision making.
- Creativity in designing candidate engagement strategies that differentiate the employer brand.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for building high-impact teams.
