The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes, objectives, and challenges.
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Conduct requirement elicitation workshops, stakeholder interviews, and brainstorming sessions.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for the development team.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements and technology solutions.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarification in Agile environments.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate delivered solutions, and ensure business requirements are met.
- Manage requirement changes and maintain project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Provide post-implementation support and coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA/ MTech
