Job Title- Delivery / Pickup Associate Job Location - Borivali to Goregoan Mumbai B2B Logistics · Ground Operations ·Reports to Zone Supervisor Location Mumbai Experience Freshers welcome Function Operations Type Full-time THE ROLE Pick up goods from distributors and deliver them to retailers across Mumbai.You use a mobile app for every step, collect cash on delivery and bring back returns. Full training is given. WHAT YOU WILL DO* Pickup: collect goods from distributors as per the pick list in the app; check item count and outside damage; take the invoices.* Handover: bring goods to the warehouse and complete the OTP handover.* Delivery: load goods against the invoices and route list; deliver to retailers on the planned route, on time.* Cash on delivery: collect the exact amount shown in the app and hand it over at the warehouse the same day.* Returns and problems: mark reasons in the app when a shop is closed or refuses; bring back returns safely.* Conduct: be polite with distributors and retailers; handle goods with care; report any issue to the Zone Supervisor at once. YOU WILL BE MEASURED ON* On-time pickup and delivery* Accurate count and no damage or loss* Correct cash collection and same-day handover* Proper use of the app for every pickup and drop MUST HAVE* 10th or 12th pass. Freshers are welcome.* Smartphone and ability to use an app. Training is given.* Valid driving licence for two-wheeler or light vehicle roles.* Basic knowledge of Mumbai roads and areas.* Honest, punctual and able to do physical work, including loading and unloading.* Able to speak Hindi; Marathi or English is a plus.
