Jr. Workday Engineer

Key Responsibilities: ● System Configuration and Optimization: execute the roadmap for Workday Financials, ensuring it supports long-term business goals, and scalability. Troubleshooting Workday configuration and reporting issues to identify and fix root causes. Participates in the development and delivery of new Workday features and functionality. ● Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as a technical liaison for the Finance teams, advising on system capabilities, and automation opportunities to drive competitive advantage. ● Operational Management: Partners with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure configurations, and implementations are developed, tested and operationally ready. ● Governance and Compliance: Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to. ● Reporting and Analytics: Design, create, maintain and support a variety of reports and queries - both standard and custom to provide actionable insights for executive leadership. Experience with Prism Analytics.Technology Transformation: Champion and develop Workday initiatives, such as semi-annual release testing, new module implementations, and complex process redesigns from concept to successful deployment. ● Innovation and Improvement: Establish a culture of continuous improvement by actively evaluating new Workday features and emerging technologies (AI/ML within Workday) to enhance business efficiency. ● Training and Support: Develops guidelines, documentation.
