- Design and develop the New or existing tools & fixtures to introduce either NPI or adding features on existing tools and equipment's - On hand experience for drawing detailing for various manufacturing process feasibility to meet industry standards & global standards - Deep knowledge about 2D & 3D drawings, GD&T, model study, Ergo study - Capability to handle suppliers for manufacturing and On time delivery with right Quality - Design & develop automated equipment to make product assemblies. Development of Equipment starts from Design, prototype tooling & fixtures, execution and Prove out for mass production by applying engineering principles, Lean principles. experience 6 working at a client of randstad india
