About the job
- Patient Assessment & Monitoring: Evaluate physical and mental health status upon admission; monitor and document vital signs, fluid balance, and clinical changes; report critical developments to attending physicians immediately.
- Medication Administration & Clinical Procedures: Dispense oral, intravenous (IV), intramuscular, and subcutaneous medications following prescriptions; manage IV lines, catheters, surgical dressings, and oxygen therapy.
- Care Planning & Collaboration: Develop, execute, and adapt individualized nursing care plans alongside the interdisciplinary medical team; participate in physician rounds.
