Job Description: Senior Sales MIS & Commercial Operations Executive Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (On-site / Hybrid) Compensation: Up to ₹15,00,000 CTC per annum Department: Sales Operations / Revenue Operations / Commercial Excellence Experience: 5-8 years
Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and analytical Senior Sales MIS Executive to lead sales reporting, business analytics, pipeline governance, and revenue forecasting. In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between field sales, commercial leadership, and finance, delivering high-impact dashboards, revenue reconciliations, and actionable data insights to drive commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive MIS & Reporting: Design, automate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance trackers, cohort analyses, funnel velocity metrics, and regional revenue dashboards.
- Pipeline & Revenue Forecasting: Collaborate closely with regional sales managers and leadership to forecast run rates, monitor pipeline conversions, track order bookings, and identify revenue leakages.
- CRM & Tool Governance: Administer and maintain data integrity across platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM; ensure seamless data sync with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Sales Incentive & Target Tracking: Compute monthly and quarterly Sales Incentive Plans (SIP), commission structures, and target attainment metrics in compliance with company incentive policies.
- Market & Territory Analytics: Conduct variance analysis (Budget vs. Actuals), SKU-level and region-level profitability analysis, churn monitoring, and customer acquisition cost (CAC) benchmarking.
- Process Automation: Build automated reporting pipelines and interactive visualizations using Advanced Excel (Power Query, DAX), Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Billing teams to streamline billing reconciliations, revenue recognition, and pending dispatch trackers.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Sales MIS, Commercial Operations, or Revenue Operations (preferably within Tech, SaaS, FMCG, B2B, or FinTech).
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel & Google Sheets (VBA/Macros, Power Query, Dynamic Arrays, Complex Lookups, Pivot Tables).
- BI & Visualization: Strong hands-on experience in Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase.
- Database querying: Working knowledge of SQL is strongly preferred.
- CRM Systems: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, LeadSquared, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong commercial mindset with ability to interpret large datasets, spot market trends, and present summaries directly to CXOs and business heads.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Commerce, or Engineering.
