We are looking for a results-driven Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. In this role, you will partner directly with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source high-caliber candidates, conduct structured screenings, and guide candidates through to a signed offer. You will serve as an ambassador for our employer brand while ensuring an efficient, equitable, and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the hiring process from kickoff intake meetings through sourcing, interviews, offer extension, and handoff to onboarding.
- Active Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, job boards, industry communities, and referrals.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial phone/video screens to evaluate technical relevance, motivation, compensation expectations, and cultural alignment.
- Hiring Team Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to craft job descriptions, define role scorecards, provide labor market insights, and align on hiring timelines.
- Interview Coordination & Logistics: Facilitate interview panels, coordinate schedules, collect structured evaluator feedback, and maintain rapid turnaround times.
- Offer Management & Closing: Extend formal offers, articulate compensation and benefits packages, address candidate counter-offers or objections, and finalize hires.
- ATS Maintenance & Metrics: Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurate and updated; track core metrics including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
- Employer Branding & Inclusion: Represent the company at career events and optimize candidate touchpoints to ensure fair, inclusive, and transparent hiring practices.
